The Spring in Your Step Walk

On Saturday 28th March I joined a walk across some hills in Surrey to raise money for The Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford.

On Saturday 28th March I joined a walk across some hills in Surrey to raise money for The Royal Surrey Country Hospital in Guildford.

More specifically, it was to help fund new cancer research and treatments at St. Luke’s Cancer Centre.

It began at Holmbury St. Mary Village Hall towards Holmbury Hill and then it was back down towards Leith Hill, one of the highest points in the South East.

I can’t say it wasn’t tiring towards the end, as a good portion of the walk was uphill, but it was ultimately rewarding as I managed to raise £147.
